Free Shipping Policy

All U.S. orders over $100.00 include free shipping. All qualifying orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail, UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or other method, whichever is cheapest and will be shipped to one address only. Also, Scrapbooker Online reserves the right to hold an order should any of the products be backordered. If your order is delayed you will be notified via email with an estimated delivery date.

Out of Stock Items

Scrapbooker Online attempts to maintain its inventory so all items listed are in stock. However there may be occasional items that are out of stock or backordered. If this is the case you will be notified via email and be given the choice of a refund on that item, select an alternate item, or wait for the items to arrive in stock. If you choose to wait for the items your entire order will be held and shipped when the full order is assembled.

Returns

Scrapbooker Online will accept returns for damaged merchandise for a period of 14 days after the item ships with a valid Return Authorization which can be obtained by sending an email to returns@scrapbookeronline. The request for return authorization must include the item description, amount paid, order number, and description of the problem. Upon Scrapbooker Online receiving the damaged goods we will ship a replacement, at our expense, if one is available. If no replacement is available then a refund will be made, less shipping if item was combined with other items.
